- Treat the property as you’d treat yours and please take off your shoes. - Please keep your noise level down especially after 9pm in consideration to the neighbours, leave it reasonably tidy and wash your dishes. - Fee for losing/damaging the keys or being locked out: £100 (Please note we can't guarantee to solve a situation like this after 7pm.) - Staying after checkout without previous agreement: £100 + £30 per every hour started. - Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden, charge for smoking: £250 + associated extra cleaning costs.

My daughter and I visited Bath to complete the Trail Escapes event. The airBNB was in the perfect spot, just 2 minutes walk from Victoria Park and easy walking distance to the centre of Bath. The accommodation was lovely and comfy and cosy and well equipped. Just what we needed. Thank for a lovely stay. Great place in a beauitful city.

Stayed here for just 1 night with my partner for her birthday. The studio is very lovely and in a fantastic location! Alexander allowed us to check in early which was super helpful! I would definitely stay again and fully recommend if you are looking to be close to the city centre.

A lovely stay in Bath, great location so close to the city centre yet very peaceful. Spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a few days break. Thoroughly recommended.
