- Treat the property as you’d treat yours and please take off your shoes. - Please keep your noise level down especially after 9pm in consideration to the neighbours, leave it reasonably tidy and wash your dishes. - Fee for losing/damaging the keys or being locked out: £100 (Please note we can't guarantee to solve a situation like this after 7pm.) - Staying after checkout without previous agreement: £100 + £30 per every hour started. - Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden, charge for smoking: £250 + associated extra cleaning costs.

We loved this place. Decoration was really lovely. Great to have parking with the deluxe studio, as parking in Bath is rather expensive. Communication from the owners was clear and helpful. Would definitely stay again and have recommended to friends. Nothing not to like.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Bath! I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Bath! The flat was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was super cozy, and the little touches — like coffee pods — made it feel extra special. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk from the Roman Baths, Pulteney Bridge, and plenty of great cafes and restaurants. Despite being so central, the street was quiet at night, so I slept really well. The host was fantastic: friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth and easy, and I really appreciated how flexible they were with my arrival time. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Bath — it’s the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and convenience. Highly recommend!

Great to have parking and a private place that was very close walking distance to the centre and attractions. It had everything we needed and was very clean and inviting. The bed was also very comfortable!
